During the slack season, the submersible pump should be maintained to extend its service life and ensure normal use during busy hours:
1. Check the wearing parts: the impeller, buckle ring, shaft sleeve, bearing seat, etc. of the submersible pump are wearing parts. First of all, the water pump should be partially removed to check whether the wearing parts are in good condition. It is forbidden to use damaged and unqualified spare parts.
2. Replace the lubricating oil: open the oil hole screws in the sealing chamber and the motor respectively, release all the lubricating oil in the sealing chamber and the motor, and replace the new oil to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system.
3. Remove the pump casing to prevent rust: Before use in spring, the pump casing at the highest level should be disassembled, and the impeller should be turned on and started again to prevent the motor from being burned due to rust and failure to start normally. This maintenance is particularly important for water-filled motors.
4. Ensure sealing: Agricultural submersible pumps have very strict requirements for sealing. When replacing lubricating oil in the sealing room, if the oil is turbid and the water content is high, the sealing box or sealing ring must be replaced or replaced as a whole to ensure its sealing performance is good.
5. Drying motor: Measure the insulation resistance of the winding and shell of the submersible pump with a 500 megohmmeter. If the resistance is lower than 0.5 megohms, the moisture of the motor should be removed. The drying methods are: external drying method, current drying method and the combined drying method of both at the same time. The external drying method is to use an external heat source for treatment. Common measures include: ⑴ blowing hot air: using a blower of an electric heater (a hair dryer can be used for agricultural small submersible pumps) to blow hot air to achieve the purpose of drying treatment; ⑵ Bulb baking: In a closed box, several 200-watt bulbs are used for baking. Note that the baking temperature should not be too high and should be controlled below 125 ℃. ⑶ current drying: according to the impedance of the submersible pump and the size of the power supply, the three-phase windings of the motor can be connected in series or parallel, and then a variable resistor can be connected to adjust the current flow to about 60% of the rated current value, and the current can be electrified and dried.
6. Ensure bearing lubrication: For water-filled submersible pumps, check and replace the skeleton oil seals and lithium-based grease in the bearing chambers of the upper and lower end covers. To ensure that the bearing long-term lubrication in good condition.
7. Check the bearing: check the upper and lower bearings of the motor part. If it is found that the bearing is worn or the gap is too large, it must be replaced with a new bearing in time. It is strictly forbidden to use it "with disease. The inspection method is as follows: if there is a "click" sound when the motor is running, and the period is proportional to the rotation speed, and it is difficult to rotate the rotor by hand, it is a little astringent or avulsion on the bearing raceway; If there is an intermittent "choking" sound in the bearing, there is an uncertain dead point when rotating the rotor by hand, usually the ball frame is damaged, the inner ring is broken or the ball is broken. In the above situation, the bearing must be replaced to avoid greater damage.
